The systems, not the adjectives.
What each system reads, decides and does, in which tools, for which business. Client-approved numbers appear here as they are signed off, and not before.
The SWATI build: a brand that ships worldwide
SWATI Cosmetics is a beauty e-commerce brand, and the origin of this studio's playbook. As Global Technical Lead, Vineet built the SWATI.com Shopify Plus storefront and the Global-E cross-border stack, wired into the warehouse system, that ships the brand worldwide on a lean team. It is the one story on this page we can tell in first person, because it is his to tell.
- Order confirmation on WhatsApp. Reads incoming cash-on-delivery orders, messages the buyer, and holds dispatch until they confirm. COD refusals are the silent margin killer in UAE e-commerce; confirmation before the courier moves is the fix that pays for itself first.
- Inventory reconciled across channels. Watches stock across the storefront and marketplaces and reconciles before overselling happens, instead of after the support tickets arrive.
- Returns that run themselves. The 7-day returns flow handled by system: intake, approval rules, courier booking, refund trigger.
What we do not print here: revenue figures, order volumes, and conversion numbers that belong to the brand. The shape of the systems is ours to describe; the numbers get published when signed off, in the slot below.

2DOT4 Diamonds: agentic AI where deep tech meets jewellery
2DOT4 Diamonds, the first company to grow, cut and polish lab-grown diamonds in the UAE, is where the founder currently leads global AI transformation, and a client of the studio, disclosed plainly. The work is agentic systems operating at brand scale: the same class of agent-and-workflow engineering the studio ships for smaller operations, tested where the volumes are unforgiving. Specifics are confidential; the methods are not, and they are the ones described across the automation practice.

A jewelry house, running leaner
A Dubai jewelry business whose daily routine, orders, stock and follow-ups, moved from people-remembering-things to systems that do the remembering. The tools were reshaped around how the team actually sells and ships rather than the other way around. The client has not yet approved naming or numbers, so this entry stays anonymous on purpose, and reads thinner than the work is. That trade is the page's rule working as intended.

A-List: the influencer marketing marketplace
A-List is a UAE influencer marketing marketplace, and Vineet runs its technology: the platform, the infrastructure and the connective tissue between them, rebuilt so the next system ships in weeks, not months. It is the engagement where the studio's marketplace and platform patterns get proven at production scale.
How to read this page
We measure the work one way: what changed after it shipped. Hours removed from your week, revenue made newly possible. Never hours billed. If you want the numbers behind any entry, ask on the call: where a client has signed them off we share them, where they have not we show you the system running instead. The engagement model, fixed scope and fixed fee, is on the main page, and the founder's full history is on the founder page.
The questions a diligent buyer asks
Why are there no client-approved numbers here yet?
Because the studio is new and we only publish numbers a client has signed off. The systems are live; the sign-offs take time. Until they land, we would rather show you a system running on real data during a call than print an adjective here.
These clients are all in the founder’s own orbit. Is that a problem?
It is a disclosure, and we make it before you have to dig for it: SWATI Cosmetics is where Vineet was Global Technical Lead and is Technical Advisor today, 2DOT4 Diamonds is where he leads global AI transformation, and at A-List he runs the technology. A consultancy whose engagements are this checkable is the proof we can offer honestly at this stage.
Can you share references?
Ask on the call. Where a client has agreed to take a reference call, we connect you directly; where they have not, we say so instead of arranging something theatrical.
Ask to see one running.
On a call we walk you through a live system on real data, not slides. Thirty minutes, no deck.
